Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

The hours listed aren't what the restaurant is open. Ordered via eat24.com got a call from yelp 40 mins later that they weren't going to open till 2. All websites say open at 11... It is ignorant not to update for people. we will find someone else to order from, due to this unorganized mess.

OUTSTANDING food!!! The chicken curry is what you expect. Full of flavor and chicken. Eggrolls are excellent as well. New Chinese spot.

Tried ordering lunch at work. After calling 5 times and not getting an answer we placed an order through yelp. We got a confirmation that our order was placed and was being prepared at 12:15 . 45 minutes later we got a call from yelp saying red house called them and said they would not be opening until 2pm and they would need 60 additional minutes to cook and deliver our food...Putting our total wait time at 2 hours and 45 minutes?!?!? That is absolutely ABSURD! We will never be ordering lunch from this dysfunctional, unorganized, extremely unprofessional establishment ever again.

Order ahead and pick up. Extremely slow service and food was mediocre at best. Don't waste your dollar.

We ordered beef and broccoli, dumplings, and shrimp lo mein for delivery. The guy taking the order said it would be 45 minutes.....1 hour and 10 minutes later it arrived. The dumplings were doughy, greasy and bland. The beef (if you want to call it that) and broccoli was flat out disgusting! The beef had the texture of a wet sponge and the taste of pure nothingness. The only saving grace was the broccoli which was perfect. The shrimp lo mein was dry and cold with the shrimp smelling like they were sitting in room temp all day....no good, just no good..... At least my fortune cookie got it right and had the number to Pei Wei written on the paper...
